P-083 LAPAROSCOPIC APPROACH TO RECURRENCE OF URETEROINGUINAL HERNIA: A CASE REPORT

Abstract Aim The aim of this communication is to present an exceptionally rare type hernia and its surgical management. Material methods We report the case a 66-year-old male with recurrence inguinal hernia. A routine Computed Tomography scan revealed as incidental finding ureter forming loop within sac. Additional findings included pyelocaliceal duplicity ureteropelvic dilatation. Results An attempted transabdominal peritoneal repair (TAPP) was performed, dissection ureter. To prevent adhesion formation ureter, no mesh placed. incision suture deep ring performed. patient discharged same day, associated complications. Conclusions Ureteroinguinal presentation, but potentially serious Knowledge existence important in view possibility finding.
